This was one of the worst stays I've had. The room smelled awful, the lighting was terrible, and there was hair all over the sink. No amenities were provided, and the cleanliness and hygiene were extremely poor. The worst part was finding a used condom in the room 🤮. This is completely unhygienic and beyond unacceptable. The place doesn't meet basic standards for somewhere to stay, and management seriously needs to fix things. It's embarrassing.

The room is meant for two, so why was there just one towel? Maybe the staff forgot, I don't know. Also, there's no elevator. Going up to the third or fourth floor is a bit of a shame, funny as that sounds.

The water pressure was strong, the room was clean and okay, and the AC was cold, which is the main thing. Maz at reception was friendly and responded quickly. When the TV stopped working, they told me to move to another room. All okay.
