Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

My one night here was amazing, and I'm so grateful to FOUR POINTS PAKUWON. The hotel is in West Surabaya, right beside Pakuwon Mall and in the same location as Westin Surabaya. I landed early, around 7.30AM, and reached the hotel at about 8.00-8.30AM. I expected I wouldn't be able to check in yet, so I planned to leave my luggage with the concierge and rest a bit in the hotel restaurant. The hospitality was fantastic from the start. They offered me coffee and breakfast, and the food was great, especially the coffee, which was BOMB. Since I was there for a meeting, I also checked the meeting room and found the coffee break already served. My colleague and I were there, and the meeting room was spacious and comfortable. When I went to get my luggage from the concierge, my room was ready. They gave us an early check-in and a free room upgrade, which was fantastic. The staff, service, and hospitality were AMAZING during the meeting and lunch too. Shoutout to everyone at FOUR POINTS, you're doing great. Please keep up the high standards and good work. The coffee break, breakfast, and lunch all tasted amazing, especially the coffee and dessert. I've never had such good coffee at a hotel, even a 5 star one, and all my colleagues agreed. The FOOD, LOCATION, ROOM, SERVICE, and HOSPITALITY were all FANTASTIC. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya. THANKYOU FOUR POINTS PAKUWON!!

I'm happy to be back after my company switched to a five-stars hotel in town for the last two stays, which I wouldn't recommend. This has always been a comfortable hotel for me, and it used to be my regular place. Four Points may have a 4-stars title, but to me the experience and service feel like a 5-stars one. Everyone is friendly and attentive, from receptionists and security to room attendants and restaurant staff. Good job, and good luck staying the best hotel in town!

I stayed three nights on a work trip and found it super comfortable. Everything was clean, and the gym was well equipped. The location near the mall was convenient too. After a long day at work, it was comforting to come back for the night. The service was excellent, especially at the restaurant, where the Indonesian food was amazing. El was particularly attentive. He remembered how I like my coffee at breakfast each day and even offered me a ginger drink when I had a sore throat.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, including lots of traditional food, and our room was spacious. I really liked the hotel’s atmosphere and its lovely fragrance. We were here for a business meeting with my husband, and the service was excellent from check-in through checkout. Thanks for the warm welcome, Four Points. I’d love to come back with the kids and try a themed room, InsyaAllah.
