G Suites Hotel by AMITHYA

I had a lovely three-night stay here. The service, food, cleanliness, and facilities all made the place feel warm and welcoming, and booking this hotel was a pleasure.

The large windows, great view, and effective air-conditioning were the only real positives. Everything else feels old and poorly maintained, and the facilities don’t hold up when you look closely. The pool is closed for maintenance with no reopening date, and it looks filthy: my photos show visibly dirty glass panels around it under the lights. The advertised rooftop bar also appears completely abandoned, so don’t trust the hotel’s promotional pages. Check-in took far too long, and the elevators often have long queues. When I reached the breakfast room at 8:00 AM, more than half the items were already gone. There was no bread, milk, or even chili sauce. I don’t understand how such basic things could be out of stock.

The rooms and food were okay, and I especially liked the donuts they sell. The location is really good, with anything you might need nearby.
