The room was badly maintained and cleaned. Dust covered the glass surfaces, there were handprints on the mirrors and windows, and old chewing gum had been left behind. The thin curtains let in too much light, making it hard to sleep and have privacy, and the air conditioning didn’t cool properly. After being told the room would be ready around 2:00 or 3:00 PM, we didn’t get access until nearly 5:00 PM. We waited an extra three to four hours without proper updates or communication. The poor service, communication, and upkeep ruined the first day of our stay. This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences, especially for a place that claims to be 5-star. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they significantly improve their operations and guest service.
