Graha 100 Guest House Syariah by OYO Rooms

The staff were very nice, and there was a lift and A/C in the room. The rest of the stay was a bad experience. My room was dirty, with black mould and sheets that hadn't been cleaned. There was no soap, toilet paper, or WiFi, and the water was lukewarm. It looked as though the room hadn't been cleaned in years. The price was very low, but even on a budget, it wasn't worth it for me.

Of the budget hotels I've visited so far, this one is the best I've found from RedDoorz.

This was our second visit, Alhamdulillah. The location works well and has complete facilities, with a comfortable environment and community centers for social, economic, and cultural activities nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They explained things clearly, both over the phone and in person. Thank you for the service.

I booked a twin room online at the last minute and found it spacious and clean. There was an elevator, a mini fridge in the room, and drinks from a dispenser in the hallway, though the room only had glasses. The staff were very friendly. I was alone and got one towel, so I can't say whether two guests would receive two. There were no bathroom amenities. It would be helpful if they at least added liquid soap in a dispenser on the bathroom wall.
