Parking felt secure, behind a gate with security on duty 24 hours. The place was clean and tidy, and the room was a decent size. In the room there was a small clothes-drying area, cold AC, TV with selected channels, cupboard, small bottles of mineral water, sockets, exhaust fan, and a decent mattress. The bathroom had a sink and toilet with good water flow. A solid choice for a limited budget, and OYO's admin staff were friendly and quick to respond.

I had to switch hotels the next day because the room I was given was dirty and nearly unlivable. The bedsheets and pillowcases had a couple of yellow stains, which was pretty gross. My business partner had booked this place for my work trip to Surabaya, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was very dirty, and this felt like a scam. Agoda quoted the wrong price, then the property insisted I pay an extra Rp 28,000. DO NOT BOOK FROM AGODA.

The room was spacious and had a bed, wardrobe, TV, and refrigerator. There's enough parking for both cars and motorcycles, and it's a nice budget hotel. The room cleaning service and toilet condition still need improvement.
