We spent one night here before our flight back to Malaysia and found the room comfortable, clean, and well kept. The international power adaptor in the room was a useful touch for travelers. Breakfast had a wide selection and was a great start to the day. There aren't restaurants right nearby, but the closest ones are about 500 meters away, and a Grab ride made getting around easy. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it as a comfortable, convenient place before a flight.

Team Singapore U17 football team came for the ASEAN championships, and we've been well looked after since arriving. Fitri, the manager, helped with all our requests and changes. The staff were accommodating, though I can't remember everyone's names. Beni helped organize our ice baths and with setting them up and packing them away. Ana was amazing with our housekeeping needs and laundry. It's a comfortable hotel, and I'd recommend it for groups as well as individual travelers.

This is a good hotel that deserves four stars, but the employees are made to do a silly dance routine in the breakfast area every morning, with loud, annoying music. Get rid of that useless ritual and I'll change my review to four stars, which is what the hotel deserves without this issue.

The breakfast had an impressive range of choices, and the staff were warm and welcoming. At Haris Hotel Bundaran Satelit, my room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed. Hot water and good water pressure were a big plus, and the drainage worked well too. I had a pleasant stay! 😊

A great choice for a visit to west Surabaya. The lobby is spacious, and there's a pool and co-working space. My bedroom was clean, the bed really comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels. I'll come back for sure.
