There’s a spot upstairs on the second floor where you can sit and take in the view in the morning or evening. The room was clean, the service quick and easy, and the price reasonable. It’s right beside Hoki 37 boarding house, and there’s hot water too. Seems suited to one or two people. I haven’t heard about the other options.

The bathroom was tidy and the hot water worked. There’s free Wi-Fi, drinking water, a fridge, and dining utensils, plus security around the clock. I booked on the Oyo app while it was on sale, and found the place comfortable.

After coming back from Mount Bromo with my wife and child, I was exhausted and just trying to play ML on my phone. I’d booked through Traveloka, but the map pin didn’t lead to the actual place. I kept circling Kertajaya Gang VII A No. 37, which is the correct address. Then, when I finally arrived, I was told there were no rooms. A terrible experience.

At 1 a.m. I got there and found nobody on duty. My calls weren’t answered, so I ended up having to rest at the station. I lost my money and couldn’t get it back through Oyo. Be careful ordering here, the guards aren’t actually available 24/7.
