Kawa Living

The staff, or maybe the owner, were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, and I really appreciated that. My room was spacious, the surroundings were clean, and the interior felt glamorous, classy, luxurious, exclusive, and modern. I could hear some noise from outside my room, but the other guests were generally quiet and respectful. I stayed three nights, June 26-29, 2024, in a twin plus room. I’d been watching the place for a month and hoped to get a queen bed, but it sold out before I booked. There are five floors and a small but useful elevator, so a higher floor doesn’t mean you have to climb the stairs. One annoying moment was when a stranger, who I think was another guest, knocked and tried to open my door. I asked the staff to deal with it. It’s a good mid-range option for Surabaya. I’d rate it 4.8/5 and recommend it to visitors.
