The one upside was the location, and the receptionist was helpful. The price was cheap, and that seemed to show in the room. It was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had mosquitoes. The walls had mold, bubbles and peeling paint, likely from water seepage. There was hair stuck to the pillowcase, which looked like it hadn't been changed. The room had no slippers, hair dryer or hangers. Toiletries were scarce: no hand soap, only a quarter roll of toilet paper and a quarter-full all-in-one soap and shampoo dispenser. The bathroom also looked so dirty that I chose not to shower or use the toilet. Glad I only stayed one night.

The rooms were clean enough, and the hotel is in the middle of the city, but there's very little parking. Service and management need a lot of improvement, especially at the front desk. Some front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly at check-in; others were really rude, like I owed them a fortune 🤣. I mean the front desk officer on the 6 pm shift.
