I was only in the lobby waiting to pick up a guest, and I don’t even live here, but the guard let me sit comfortably and treated me like anyone else. He was super nice. You’ve clearly trained your security team well. It seems like a small thing, but honestly not every guard would do that 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Ciputra World Surabaya Mall is downstairs, so it’s easy to get food or shop. My favorite part was the huge seventh floor, with a nice swimming pool, park, and other facilities. I stayed in this lovely apartment for a few days. It was clean, and both the security staff and other staff were friendly. Perfect for a family holiday in Surabaya. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t recommend buying or renting these apartments. The walls and windows provide very little sound insulation, and the nearby nightclub runs every night until 4 am. Its loud bass carries through the apartment, making it impossible to sleep.
