In my opinion, MaxOne Hotel of Tidar is one of the VERY BEST hotels in Surabaya. The service is amazing and the attendants are so nice, it could make me cry. Five stars, let them speak for themselves.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Tunjungan Plaza, with different restaurants all around, so finding a meal is easy. There’s a restaurant on the rooftop as well. The service was good and everything was good overall. One small suggestion: brighter lighting in the toilet would be great.

A spacious, clean room with fairly modern facilities, plus an excellent breakfast. The rooftop is stunning, and the central location makes this a great place for a stopover in Surabaya.
