I paid only 118 thousand, and I really liked how clean and fresh-smelling the room was. It was spacious, with a thick blanket and cold AC. The downside is the location inside a housing complex. After 9:30 PM all the gates are shut, so getting back into the OYO is harder.

The front desk staff kept a low profile, and the room itself was clean with toiletries supplied. I was on the third floor, which meant no elevator, but that seemed reasonable when I thought about staff having to inspect rooms before guests check out.

The staff were friendly, and the place was quiet and comfortable for getting some rest. The price works well for a business trip. There's a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, and you can walk about 100-200 meters for food or breakfast. There is parking inside the OYO gate for around 8 cars. The housing complex gate can be a hassle at night, around 10 PM: tell the guard you're staying at OYO, but if it's raining or the guard is asleep, you may have to park outside the gate next to OYO.

The men staying in the boarding rooms on the first floor were really noisy. I'd also hoped for clearer confirmation about whether the hotel was a good fit. I booked two weeks ahead because I had work in Rungkut and couldn't commute back and forth. I paid through Kredivo and got an Oyo promotion plus Kredivo coins, which seemed like a good deal. But when I arrived, there was no advance confirmation and they made a fuss. The receptionist didn't apologize and made the pricing confusing. My superiors had set the rate at 120 thousand rupiah, and the booking couldn't be canceled. I asked if I could get my money back, and he told me to call Oyo. If I'd booked at the last minute and then failed to show, that would be one thing, but the owner or management should have contacted me. Hotel bookings have a phone number or at least WhatsApp. It felt unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. If they don't know Kredivo, they could ask politely instead of accusing me of cheating.
