The room itself is comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a TV, wardrobe, bed, AC, and Wi-Fi. I’ve been renting here for a month. The problem is the 10:00 PM curfew. If you get back late, the guard scolds you, and the place is already locked at that hour. 10:00 PM feels way too early, huhu. Please remove the curfew or extend it.

I came all the way from Jember for a short stay before my 6:10 AM train, and I was meant to check in at 10:00 PM. Agoda had taken my booking and I paid by bank transfer, but the hotel canceled it on the day without asking. I was incredibly disappointed.

DON’T BOOK HERE. OYO HASN’T BEEN OPERATING FOR TWO YEARS, AND THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE. I PAID A LOT THROUGH TRAVELOKA, THEN HAD TO BOOK A DIFFERENT HOTEL. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

They canceled on their own. I’d traveled a long way, paid, and arrived at the gate on the day of the booking, only to be turned away outside.

The room came with no blanket, towel, soap, or toothbrush. The price wasn’t what I expected either, and they still asked me to pay extra when I got there.
