The worst part was checking out and finding our motorcycle and all three helmets gone. The inn wouldn’t take responsibility or even accompany us to file a police report, despite claiming the parking was 100% safe. We heard from local residents that losses there had happened before, though that’s what they told us, not something I can verify myself. There were issues from the start. The price kept changing, and the people there made the stay complicated by asking for every guest’s ID card for security. We’d booked three days and checked in at 6 pm, but the owner said the stay was counted by date rather than day or hour. They said we had to leave by 6 pm or pay another 500 thousand per night. After negotiating, the owner let us stay without the extra charge. I’m sharing what happened so others can be more careful choosing a place to stay.

Watch your valuables if you stay here, I’d hate for you to lose them. Even with CCTV evidence from the neighbors, they still insist the place is guarded around the clock, but it isn’t. Stay if you want to regret it.

We booked four rooms through the trav*loka app and paid there, but the owner said they couldn’t find any booking or payment from the app.

It’s not a HOSTEL anymore, but they’re still open and taking money. OYO is low quality, and the money’s gone!

I’d booked already, only to be told the rooms were full. That’s not right.
