The app lists a TV and Wi-Fi, but the room only had the equipment, and not everything worked. Sob 🥲. I was also annoyed from the start because the price in the app was very different from the price at the property. I'd booked and paid in advance through the OYO app, but when I arrived in SBY around midnight, the staff said the price wasn't that much, so I had no choice but to pay more out of pocket. The room didn't have a toothbrush, soap, or toothpaste. I'd stayed at Red Doorz before for the same price, with those things provided and closer to the center of SBY. Hopefully the service gets better...

The AC was pretty cold, though I can't speak for the other rooms. The TV remote didn't work, but you could change things by pressing the set of box. The service wasn't friendly, and there was no toothpaste, toothbrush, or Wi-Fi, even though the app listed them. The app price was 75k, and I thought the direct rate would be only 55k, but I was charged another 75k. I ended up paying 150k for the deluxe category, which was more expensive than standard. Next time, please be more honest about the payment and don't add extra costs. I hope the service improves. Thanks.

I got the Oyo voucher rate of 64k and paid in full before arriving. Then at the property they asked me to pay another offline rate of 130k. I reported it to Oyo, and they said the hotel was at fault. I was tired and just wanted to sleep that night, but ended up dealing with this whole mess at this Oyo flagship genteng :) Don't do this again, bro. Look for honest fortune, not the kind that brings bad prayers from people you've wronged :(

I had already paid for three nights through the app, which listed the price as 80,000 Rupiah. On arrival, the staff asked me to pay extra and said the price hadn't been updated. Aets, I checked Google, and the reviews show the same thing has been going on for several weeks. When I called, the staff said, "If you don't want a refund, you can wait 13 days for your money back." It seems like they set a low price to get the booking, then ask for more money after you've paid. It feels like a scam.
