The room was dusty and dirty, and the toilet was very narrow. I booked and paid in the app, but when I got there they asked me to pay the balance. I’d never had that happen before. They should show the real price clearly instead of offering a discount in the app and then asking for the rest on arrival.

There wasn’t a prayer space in the room, or a prayer room or other place of worship. The room didn’t look like the photos and was dirty. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and cigarette butts were in the drain.

They asked for an extra 40,000 IDR for 2 nights, and the room wasn’t the one shown in the app. They should just list the actual price there. Why try to make money this way?

The pictures in the app were very different from what I found, and the price didn’t match either. I’d already paid through the app, but was asked to pay more when I arrived. The facilities were poor too: the cupboard was broken, the toilet was narrow, the lights were out, and the TV didn’t work. I swear I don’t want to stay here again. It’s not worth it!
