The room and its space were okay, and I could tolerate the slightly dirty condition, though the small bathroom had a musty smell. Some lifts were out of order, so getting one took a long time. The location is convenient for getting around West Surabaya, but the map directions sent me into a back alley. Not great, but still okay and enjoyable.
The room was very clean, and I liked the gym, even though it was minimalist. The apartment is well equipped and has a minimalist swimming pool. Overall, I thought it was awesome.
The place itself isn't bad, but the service was awful. Nobody told us there was an overnight parking fee, and we ended up with a huge fine. That left a terrible first impression of the whole situation. Sorry.
The room was clean and the price very affordable. I had a pleasant stay, with a friendly owner, complete amenities, a great atmosphere, and a really strategic location.
