The corridor feels cramped, and there isn't much room to park. I'd choose somewhere else, since there are plenty of better options.

Getting food or cash is easy here: there's an Alfamart with a BCA ATM right next door, plus a coffee shop across the street. The place is affordable and bookable through the Airy app. It's one of my recommended places to stay in Surabaya, though parking is tight. If you're driving, you can probably leave the car in front of Alfamart.

The towels smelled awful, and the toilet floor was wet, like someone had just used it. Still, the room was clean and comfortable, and I was lucky to get a front room on the second floor with a decent view of Surabaya. It was good value for the price, with complimentary snacks too. The location was easy to find, and I'd recommend the place.
