I’m sorry to leave such a bad rating, but this was really awful. I booked two deluxe rooms through Agoda the day before and told them we’d arrive late because we were still traveling. We got to the hotel at 8 pm. I expected the room from the app or map pictures, but what we got was a three-hour transit room even though I’d booked a full night for one day. The floor was dirty, there was no mat or clothes hanger, and the bathroom was small and smelly. The mattress and pillows smelled as if they hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. The door wouldn’t close properly, with a hole that let people peek in from outside. The trash bin hadn’t been cleaned and still had two used condoms in it. I’d ordered a non-smoking room, but the guy on duty was smoking and the smell reached inside. He was also loudly playing games and using foul language. When I complained that the room wasn’t suitable, the receptionist said, “Sorry, the room I booked should have been upstairs, but it was already full.” I was furious. I’d booked a day earlier, and it was still a complete dud. Since I paid through the app for the listed price and facilities, I felt they should have said, “PLEASE DO NOT GIVE IT AWAY TO ANYONE ELSE, BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE PRICE AND FACILITIES LISTED.” The service and facilities were truly terrible. I left at 6:30 AM in the morning instead of waiting for checkout time. I didn’t take photos because the place wasn’t even worth photographing. If you’re thinking of booking here, think twice.

I really hated staying here 😭. The sheets were filthy and hadn’t been changed, as if several people had used them. The bathroom was bad too, and although they provided towels, they were dirty and shabby.

For the price, the facilities were okay, and the male receptionist was really friendly and nice. The only drawback was that the AC was only in the bathroom.

At a price of 100 thousand, it’s a comfortable, clean place to stay and really worth it. Service was fast and friendly 😁
