The room rates are very affordable at Kost Grha Rahadi2 in Karangpilang District, Surabaya City. My stay was let down by a broken toilet and leftover food from previous guests in the refrigerator.

A nice spot, though the parking area needs more space. It’d also be good to have a table and a few chairs in a designated place where people can sit and chat.

The price felt high for what was actually provided, and I’d rather stay somewhere else. The app listed a smart TV and a smoking room, but the facilities didn’t match, and they didn’t seem to take it seriously. There was just one dirty towel, and even the regular TV wouldn’t work. Getting a refund seems impossible.

DISAPPOINTED!! I booked through the app and the money was deducted, but at the hotel they said there was no booking and told me to find somewhere else. I couldn’t get the balance refunded or reach RedDoorz customer service by phone. They told me to cancel in the app, but there was no cancel option. IRRESPONSIBLE!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing REDDOORZ. OFFICER NOT STAYING ON SITE

The room is very spacious, with AC, a TV, a refrigerator, two chairs, and a coffee table. The bathroom is fine and the hot water works well. They provide two bottles of mineral water each day, and there were no extra charges beyond what the application showed. A trash can in the room would help. Since there’s plenty of space, they could swap the coffee table for a desk where employees can use their laptops. There’s only one power outlet. The rest is excellent.
