I’d happily stay here again when I’m back in Surabaya. The place is affordable, clean, tidy, and really comfortable, and the staff are kind and quick to help. When I checked out, they even helped me get my motorcycle out of the room.💜

I booked a room here for around May 2024, hoping to get some sleep after a tiring day. Instead, the room I’d reserved had already been taken, so they put me somewhere else. That room was stuffy, and the AC wasn’t cooling at all. I complained and was told a technician would come. I waited more than an hour, but nobody showed up, so I contacted the owner myself. The owner got angry and told me to be patient while I waited. I was exhausted and sweltering, but still had to sit there waiting. The technician finally came, but the AC was still hot :) They wouldn’t move me to another room or refund me, so I booked a different hotel because I couldn’t stand sleeping in that heat. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s a big red flag.
