The stay was good overall, but please check the room condition carefully.

The rooms are fairly spacious, but several problems made the hotel feel poorly maintained. The entrance area was dark, which made for an uncomfortable first impression, and the lobby sofas looked dirty. Service was basic, without any especially welcoming touches. In the room, the AC wouldn't let us adjust the temperature, and the TV couldn't change channels, so it was basically just there as an accessory. The sink faucet leaked when turned on. The connection between the bedroom and bathroom was disconnected, which hurt both safety and appearance. Bathroom supplies were very limited: there was just one towel and no amenities. Hotel Sans Graha 100 has potential because of the room size, but the poor upkeep showed outside, in the lobby, and in the rooms. The facilities, cleanliness, and service all need serious improvement for guests to have a comfortable stay.

For under 200,000 Rupiah, you get a comfortable, spacious room with hot water, Wi-Fi, and an elevator, and the price feels fair. Parking fits about 5-6 cars. The staff could be more responsive: they just stood by while I parked, then told me to move the car when I came into reception. Still, it was okay overall, and I'd definitely stay again.

I remembered this hotel as well-kept, with big rooms and a great location, so it was a shame to return after a few years and find it run down. The floor was peeling, and the bathroom faucet leaked. The AC had been switched off when I arrived and wouldn't turn on. After I got it running, I couldn't raise the temperature; once I turned it off, I couldn't switch it back on. A staff member called an AC repairman, but he seemed reluctant and couldn't fix it. In the end, I had to watch YouTube to figure out how to turn on the AC manually.
