The staff were friendly, and the location is handy, within walking distance of MERR. The room itself was another matter: mosquitoes, stains on the window, and dust in a few spots. There wasn't even a mirror. I know this is low-cost accommodation, but there are better places in the same price range. If you're planning to stay for a while, I'd look elsewhere. Hope management improves the cleanliness and facilities.

The lighting in the room was too dim, and there were dents in the walls. The room also felt very damp. The bathroom smelled unpleasant and had no air freshener, and one of the drawers was broken.

BEWARE. People have arrived with bookings and been told to leave, including two others I saw. They don't accept prepaid vouchers from Traveloka or other companies, even though they're still advertised there. It's listed as Oyo, but there are no Oyo signs anymore. DON'T BOOK ONLINE HERE.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the toilet was large. Toiletries and a towel were supplied, so it felt like good value for the price. On the downside, the WiFi didn't work on my first day, there were lots of mosquitoes, and it's far from town with no nearby restaurant. The TV channels were blurry too.
