The loft was quiet and comfortable, and at Rp 800.000 a night it worked out much cheaper to book by bank transfer than through Airbnb or another platform. We arranged everything on WhatsApp, with Mr. Komang helping us from start to finish. The room had a small empty fridge, kettle, coffee and tea sachets, bottled water replenished each day, cleaning service, a safety box, and air conditioners that worked well. A few things could be improved. The curtain was good quality but left small gaps around the lower-level window, letting in some light. The entrance door could be opened from outside with the electronic keycard, and I raised the lack of an interior safety lock. Staff added a security chain the next day, which I appreciated. On day one, the upper bathroom floor drain was clogged, but maintenance fixed it quickly. The lobby has two full-service restaurants and a few booths with simple food at reasonable prices. There's also an Indomaret in the same area. The Novotel is in the same complex, about a 20-meter walk from the lobby, and we could use its facilities for dining and breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, the loft was restful, and Mr. Komang communicated smoothly and professionally. We'd be happy to come back.
