The bed cover and pillow cover had a few stains, but they still smelled nice. The water heater, aircon, and smart TV all worked perfectly. Everything else was clean, the service was good, and the stay was okay overall.

The room was bigger than I expected for the low price, and it came with a smart TV. It's in Surabaya's Kebonsari housing complex, near the Grand Mosque of Surabaya. The AC could've been colder, but for a budget stay and a spacious room, it was worth it.

This place is a mess. You can't update your ID card right away, and newlyweds can't apply for one immediately either. The whole process is so complicated. Getting a refund is a hassle too. Check-in at night while you're working, with people already awake and arguing about ID card problems. It's gross. Don't stay here.

The location is fairly convenient, inside a housing complex, so it felt quiet and comfortable. The security guard was friendly too. But the room was dirty: the corners of the floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and the sheets and pillows were a bit dirty. The toilet was grimy with standing water, as if it had just been used, and there were Tokay marks on the bowl.

I didn't get bored staying here. The room was clean, the AC was strong, and there was a mini fridge. You can watch Netflix as much as you like, and the bathroom was pretty clean too. Only thing missing was enough hangers. Otherwise, really good.
