The Westin Surabaya

The thoughtful personal touches made this stay at The Westin Surabaya feel truly special. Sania, Caroline, Nindiya, Rahma, and Mellyana left handwritten cards and meaningful notes, added “graffiti” to the mirror, and put birthday and anniversary banners on the headboard. My wife and I felt celebrated, and we left with full hearts and memories we’ll always cherish. We’re already looking forward to coming back. The Club Lounge team, Nila, Tian, Rozy, Sara, and April, made every visit a pleasure with their kind, attentive service and sincere smiles. Filip, Tegur, Dika, and Zam from the Concierge team handled arrangements smoothly and helped organize our memorable Mount Bromo trip, one of the biggest highlights of our holiday. Filip also warmly recommended Spikoe cakes from Surabaya, which we absolutely loved. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Everyone went above and beyond. Every detail reflected that care, turning a hotel stay into a heartfelt experience. Thank you to everyone at The Westin Surabaya for making it so extraordinary.

Karan at breakfast was especially attentive, and Chef Bagus even offered me an extended menu. The team were kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is new, luxurious, and well maintained, and I think my room was upgraded because it was bigger. Well done. I hope you keep up the standard and make it even better. I’ll definitely come back.

We spent one night here for a family staycation in a Club Lounge Access Westin Guest Room, and everything was just right. Mr. Huda, Mr. Karan, and the chefs were so friendly, and every dish we tried was delicious. Our room was clean and cool, with comfortable beds and pillows, just what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. The Club Lounge service was exceptionally warm, and the team explained everything clearly and in detail. Mr. Evan was especially helpful while we were there. Great work from the whole team. We’ll definitely be back for another staycation!

Whenever I’m in Surabaya on a business trip, I choose The Westin over other hotels. The room was perfect and the service throughout was excellent, especially at the restaurant. Mas Syukron was always attentive and helpful, and the chef remembered that my favorite is the mini beef steak. Chef Ricko prepared it the first time I tried it, and he’s remembered my preference ever since.
