Willow Residence by OYO Rooms

There are only 10 rooms, so the choice of room types is limited. Since it's smaller than higher-end hotels, it can be a bit noisy and may not suit families. The beds were clean, the rooms spacious, and the amenities excellent.

The room is small, and the bathroom is even tighter, so it may be hard for larger people to stay here. The shower temperature was just right, but there was no water heater, and the TV had no stations. Drinking water came in a glass carafe. The building is new and the residential area is quiet, which made the stay comfortable, though there's still plenty of room for improvement.

I was very disappointed by the service. The foreman and his wife, who I think own the place, were incredibly arrogant with guests. One of them even said that it didn't matter if a review had no stars because they didn't care. That's a terrible way to speak to guests. They have no manners. Do they hire employees at random? It's such a shame.

The front desk was friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable in a residential area. Hot water worked, and I had no other issues. The only problem was the AC in my room. Even with double fan and turbo set to 16°C, it wasn't cold enough.
