The apartment has a pleasant feel and an interesting low-rise layout. The three-bedroom unit is spacious and well designed. The pool sits a little too openly beside the lobby, but it's still okay. The fitness center is small, though usable. The sink had an odor that could probably be fixed by improving the drainage or maintaining the grease trap. Overall, it's a pleasant place to live.
For a place presented as luxury, the interior feels cheap and the living conditions are terrible. I rented an apartment here, only to find an ongoing project in the same tower just above me. They said the work would finish in 4-5 hours, but hammering continued and I could hear loud drilling too. They didn't seem to care that customers were staying inside. Management is terrible. The grease traps also smell poisonous and dangerous to health. When I asked for help maintaining cleanliness, they didn't help and didn't seem to care at all.

This is a very nice condo complex in the middle of Graha Family, beside Pakuwon Mall in West Surabaya. A lovely spot for a family vacation or some time to relax.
