Zoom Dharmahusada Hotel

The room was really uncomfortable. It had a single bed with obvious stains from the previous guest, and there was dust tucked under the sheet. I also can't see how this place earned three stars: service was nothing special, and I had to handle everything myself while staff kept disappearing into the back with flimsy excuses. The bathroom looks like it might fall apart within a couple of months, and the shower handle seems to have just been glued on.

The rooms were okay, and for the price the stay was alright. I liked the urban-looking lobby and the two-story restaurant there, which stays open until midnight. Staff service still needs a lot of improvement, though, and parking for cars is limited.

The room is spacious, but the lobby is too small for guests to sit and chat or relax. It was also a bit hard to find a power outlet in the lobby or restaurant to charge my phone.

The shower area drain and the washbasin were clogged, the bath soap dispenser was broken, the manual door lock didn't work, the mineral water hadn't been refilled, and the drinking cup wasn't cleaned. Several other pieces of equipment were broken too. I complained, but reception and maintenance didn't respond or fix anything. There was no prompt response from maintenance. This was the worst three-star hotel I've stayed in.
