Alila Solo, Java

The breakfast was outstanding, and I didn't expect such nice French toast in the morning. I also tried the spa, with a session in the jacuzzi and sauna, and it was an amazing experience. We arrived on a motorcycle and the security team greeted us warmly and showed us where to park. Check-in with the front desk went smoothly, and the room was spacious. My booking through tiket.com had been cancelled by the system, but when I contacted the Alila team directly, they sorted it out smoothly. I ended up booking through Alila’s WhatsApp. We'll definitely come back on our next trip to Solo!

I've held events in the ballroom twice, and the quality has been impressive each time. The room is modern, thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and kept cool with strong air-conditioning. It also has a great sound system. Being directly connected to the mall makes it convenient for guests to reach all kinds of facilities. The rooms are clean and nicely designed, with beautiful views and complete bathroom amenities. The food was delicious, too. Renata and the chef were attentive, friendly, and professional, and the service overall was outstanding. Thanks to the chef and mbk Renata for doing such a great job, and to mas agung for exemplary service. Super team. See you again. Love you Solo. Highly recommended for both staying and events.

Breakfast had a generous range of local and international dishes, nicely presented. The rooftop pool and bar were a lovely spot to relax and take in the city view. I stayed in a Deluxe Room. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had a nice view and thoughtful amenities. The hotel has elegant modern interiors and a warm welcome, and the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Alila Solo made for a stylish, comfortable stay with truly five-star service. Highly recommended.

I spent six days here and was satisfied with my stay. Most of the staff were helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, ranging from traditional to international dishes. I usually had a hard-boiled egg, fruit, salad, and juice. The juice came in a bottle, which I thought was interesting. The lobby is quite large, with comfortable long sofas where you can wait for your room. The spa room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom inside the spa was really big and quite nice. My therapist, mba lena, was good.
