The biggest problem was that the power went out four times while we were there, which really disrupted our comfort. Management didn't give us any clear or reasonable explanation either. For a hotel under the fave hotel brand, that service level was a letdown. They need proper backup systems and clearer communication with guests. The stay fell well short of what I expected.

The fast WiFi made this a good place to work or get some rest, and the employees communicated well while helping customers. I do like the hotel. One thing I'm still puzzled by is breakfast: why is fried chicken in flour batter the only menu every time? I hope guests can get to try some more interesting options.

I've stayed here before and keep coming back. Breakfast tasted good, the service was good, and I have no complaints.

The room was standard and the price competitive, but the toilet was clogged. Breakfast was bland and didn't look appealing. There was a rat in the room next door during my stay, and a short circuit in the parking lot.

I left early and moved to another hotel, even though I'd booked 4D. I'd spent 3D 2N here on a business trip. There were small cockroaches in my room, and after I complained, nothing was done. The bathroom was clogged too. The on-duty supervisor wasn't pleasant. When I checked in, he looked me up and down like a serial killer and didn't ask nicely for my ID. I definitely won't be coming back.
