The kids had room to burn off energy at the rooftop playground, and the toy areas in both the lobby and restaurant made check-in and dining easier for us as parents. They even gave out free donuts in the evening. Breakfast had lots of food, drinks, and snacks, so there was something for everyone. The staff we met were kind and welcoming. The hotel has lovely ethnic decor with a Jogja feel, and the whole place has a nice, family-friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed staying here, though the WiFi in our room was very weak. We also tried calling the operator and housekeeping several times, but got a busy tone or no answer. Better phone responsiveness and internet would make the stay much smoother. Thanks @fimbyzigna!^^

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location right in the middle of Solo made it easy to walk to several places of interest. We had a great time at FIM by Zigna over the 2025 Christmas holiday. Good value for money and great service. They even put on a Christmas eve dinner for all guests at no charge. The only disappointment was having to leave. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Solo.

I knew this hotel was older than the other Zigna, so I wasn't expecting much, but the quality surprised me. The room had a modern feel, the halls smelled nice, and the hospitality was just as warm as I remembered from Solia by Zigna, where I'd stayed before. This time I wanted a different vibe at another Zigna, and I'm glad I tried it. Thumbs up.

Breakfast was quite nice, with plenty of choices. They also seem to hold seasonal evening events in the lobby, selling food and drawing a lively crowd. The room and bathroom were clean, though the curtain fabric felt low quality. Parking is limited, but there's an extra empty lot beside the building. Bring an umbrella during the rainy season.

The breakfast impressed us, with plenty of variety, an egg cooking station, and fresh waffles. We also loved the traditional but chic entrance, the helpful, friendly staff, and the stylish, comfortable, clean rooms. What an outstanding hotel. Definitely recommend it. Complimenta to the team.
