The room was a good size and check-in was easy after our motorbike ride from Bandung to Solo on December 23. A friend had recommended the hotel because it partners with Traveloka and had received an award there for clean rooms. But once we got inside, we found dust in several spots and rust on the bathroom sink. We were worn out from the trip and didn’t have the energy to complain. The other frustrating part was asking to borrow a helmet after heavy rain had soaked ours. They said hotel policy didn’t allow guests to borrow motorcycles or helmets. I understand the motorcycle restriction, but not lending a helmet felt unreasonable in an urgent situation that wouldn’t harm anyone. The service left me disappointed.

The staff and security were really friendly, and the location is great. But the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were stained, and the room felt very dark. I chose the hotel after seeing the praise and award on Traveloka. I hope they improve the cleanliness and lighting so staying here is more enjoyable 😊

The room was a decent size for the price, and there’s plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. We hadn’t ordered breakfast, so I called room service for an omelette for my son. It took about an hour, and I had to call three times.

For the price, it’s all right if you just need somewhere to sleep. The hotel was clean, which I hadn’t expected in a rural town, but the facilities are old. The air conditioner kept switching itself off after about 10 minutes, so it really needs maintenance.

I paid 1.3 million for a suite during a stopover. The Wi-Fi was really slow, and breakfast wasn’t very tasty, so I didn’t enjoy it much. There’s also no door guard. Even with the door locked, children can still open it from outside, which doesn’t feel safe.
