Palette Grand Sae Boutique Hotel

From outside and in the pictures, the hotel looks nice, but inside the room it was far from what I want in a hotel. The sheets had lots of stains, there was hair and trash on the floor, the bath and sink were dirty, and the water smelled. There were too many other problems to list. At night, loud music outside mixed with the sound of the train signal. I couldn’t find shampoo or soap, and there were hardly any amenities besides two toothbrushes that looked like they’d been sitting there for a while.

The room had a balcony with a city view, and both the room and bathroom were clean, though the place feels a bit old. There’s a nice indoor pool next to the restaurant. Breakfast was okay, with an appetizer, soup, salad, main course, and dessert, but only mineral water, no juice or infused water. The main dish also wasn’t warm enough.

My family and I stayed here while in Solo. I really liked the huge bed, and my kid loved it too. The bathroom needs work, though. It looks old and a little less clean than I’d expect from a three-star hotel chosen by the government. The pool was under maintenance the whole time we were there, and I don’t know why. They should improve the breakfast menu as well.

For the price I paid, this is a nice budget hotel. The room is big, the sheets were clean, and the hot shower worked. Wi-Fi worked but was slow, and the large TV didn’t have many international channels. It’s easy to find food nearby, and there’s a mall close by. The hotel also has a coffee shop and an indoor pool. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but it tasted okay.
