The guard was asleep and wouldn’t wake up, and there was nobody else around. Then the refund was refused because it was marked non-refundable. Damn.

I booked a week ahead, but when I arrived they said the hotel was overbooked. They moved me to Wisma Atma Bhakti, under the same management, and canceled my tiket.com booking without asking. At the other place, I was told to pay 150 thousand per night. That felt like being forced into it. If they were overbooked, they should have checked with me and helped find another hotel. Hadehhhh.

I felt cheated, even if the amount wasn’t large. I’d booked online, got confirmation, and paid in full, but on arrival I was told there were no rooms. Management offered no solution. They said I had to handle the refund myself, which was difficult, and then the accommodation rejected it. The hotel system is awful.

I’d booked well ahead, but when I got there the hotel was full. What a joke. They even told me to request a refund myself!

The place feels old, though you can park your car inside. The AC is cold, there’s hot water and a TV. The lobby AC really needs attention because it smells of cigarettes.
