I came back this year because my family lives nearby, and was really disappointed to find the place had got worse since my stay last year. The sheets were gross even after I asked for a change, and the replacement was just as bad. There was no working water heater, the pressure was terrible, the water was dirty, the toilet was dirty, and the bathroom door had no lock. Breakfast was just one fried roll. I think I even paid more for the room this time. 🤦🏾♀️ Back in 2019, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and hot water were good, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. There was only one towel in the room, but staff would bring extra at no charge. Free mineral water, tea, and coffee were available for self-service all day in the shared sitting area. 👍 I’d suggested adding chairs to that sitting area and removing the TV, which was covered and never turned on. Clean sheets were definitely needed even then.

The inn is tucked down a neighborhood lane that’s only wide enough for one car, which is a bit of a drawback. Still, it’s a lovely place for a stopover or a few days in Solo, with a comfortable room, good service, and an affordable price.

Weekday rates are 179,000 IDR a night and weekends are 199,000 IDR. It’s fairly quiet, comfortable enough, and quite clean. Nice place.

It feels homey, and the low price makes it worthwhile. The breakfast is only bread, though, and it’s a long way from the main road. Sometimes guests watch TV in the living room late into the night, so it can get noisy.
