The location is beautiful, with a natural feel and local charm. The food was great, and the staff were warm and friendly. Hard to put into words how perfect it felt. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

There are too many stairs to get to the villa.

We came here to slow down after the bustle of exploring Ubud. Rice fields and lush greenery surround the comfortable, natural setting, and it feels like a genuine part of the area. The French owners of this very friendly guesthouse, Laurent and Dominique, welcomed us like old friends. We even picked up a few words of Balinese. Breakfast was delicious, and the chef’s local dish was excellent. There’s a clean little pool, a fishing pond, and a temple on the property. Bali’s sights are all close by. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and we’ll be back. Thank you, Laurent and Dominique.
