The breakfast had tasty food and a nice variety each day. They also sell macarons at a cheap price, and the swimming pool was excellent. My room was clean and well kept, and the hotel had a great feel to it. The one thing I'd change is the air conditioning, it wasn't cold enough during my stay. Still, I had a pleasant time.

The staff were helpful throughout my stay, and the reception service was excellent from the start. I found the room and swimming pool clean and well maintained. Room service food was delicious too. A very comfortable hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Banyuwangi.

The green spaces give the hotel such a comfortable feel, I loved them. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices, especially porridge and noodles. We stayed four nights and had three rooms, and housekeeping kept them comfy. The receptionists, security, concierge, and restaurant staff were all nice. Whenever we passed el hotel staff, they greeted us. Thanks to el hotel for treating us so well. 🙏

The food was yummy, and there were lots of food promos that made for a nice deal. Everything else was good, clean, and neat, but the hospitality stood out most. All the staff were kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again someday.

We'd just spent two nights at So Long Villas before coming here, so we didn't expect the stay to be especially memorable. But El surprised us with its lovely design, excellent pool, and spacious room that was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was pretty good too. Nice work, El!
