The place isn't well maintained, staff aren't always there, and getting hold of them is difficult. Management told us they no longer partnered with OYO or Traveloka, even though we'd already booked and paid by credit card through the Traveloka app. We were still charged for the stay and had trouble getting a refund from Traveloka. I recommend avoiding this place, and strongly advise against booking through any app.
