‼️The room wasn’t like the pictures or video. The walls were wet and smelled bad, the bed wasn’t clean, and the toilet and bathroom were disgusting. The price was 3x-5x higher, not $3-5 (500-600 IDR). And you have to pay again at the place, with no money back from paying online. ‼️The lady wouldn’t listen or let me speak. She only cared about getting her money, and didn’t care that my money had gone into her bank account. They made me crazy during my first hour in Indonesia 😭😠 ‼️DON’T PAY ONLINE‼️

I felt scammed, but after Agoda contacted the owner, he generously offered me a refund. A fan room is 150k per night, while one with AC is 250k.

We’d already paid Agoda online, but the lady there wanted 3x more to honor the booking. They said they don’t accept online reservations and refused to let us check in. This happened last night, and we had to find another hotel at a much higher cost. It was chaotic. Agoda’s helpline hasn’t been quick either. I submitted a query last night and they’re still working on it. Stay away from this place.

The price isn’t the same as on Google.
