The small room is fine for the price, and it works as a place to rest. The towel and mattress were clean, and the bed was a little bouncy but acceptable. Still, they could do much better with the basics. They don't clean or refill things unless you ask, and there was no toilet paper or wash basin, so I had to brush my teeth by the shower or bidet. The bathroom was the biggest letdown. Water dripped from the shower, bidet, and toilet flush, with the bidet being the worst. Pressure was low, making it hard to bathe and rinse my hair. The day before checkout it got so weak I couldn't bathe at all. The air conditioner also drains onto the bathroom floor, leaving it wet and slippery. It's on a main road, but there's not much nearby beyond an Indomaret and an Alfamart, and food stalls are scarce. After rain there are lots of muddy puddles around the streets, so watch your step. There isn't much to explore nearby anyway.

The price is reasonable and the place is pretty good. Even though the building is right by a noisy main road, I couldn't really hear much of it inside the room. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, though, and tiny flying insects kept coming from the drain.

I stayed here twice, and on the second visit I got the same room, but it had been improved: it was clean and had more power outlets. It's easy to find, with an indomaret right in front, and the staff were nice. The accommodation is basic and near the airport. It's very affordable through the airy app. If you're lucky, you can pay only 75k per night.

For a budget stay, it's a nice place, but the bedding was below standard. It was busy in the daytime, and there was constant noise pollution, probably because it's near Batu Ceper Train Station and the main corridor of Daan Mogot. The worst part for me was the amount of smelly stuff coming from the nearby WC.
