The country club facilities made this a lovely week for me. I used the gym, spa area, and plunge pool, and the service throughout was wonderful. My mum and I stayed here while I was attending the Rafa Nadal Academy in December 2025, and everyone made us feel so welcome. Ms Yati and the FOH team, along with Lusi and housekeeping, kept my room stocked with what I needed, especially plenty of towels and water bottles since I spent most of my time at the tennis court. They really went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Taufik and the F&B team were great during the tennis camp too, with delicious food choices and refreshments. I'd happily return to Aryaduta Lippo Village if I get the chance. Thank you!

We spent three days in one of the villas. The staff were always smiling and helpful, whether at the front, in the restaurant, or through room service. There are lots of sports facilities, including padel, a pool, tennis, badminton, and a half-court basketball area. It also feels like a big tropical green space right in the middle of Karawaci city.

The breakfast was great, and they even had Indomie at the hotel, which I loved! Our favorite was the blue lagoon pool with its Bali feel. It's a nice hotel for a family holiday, though please add a water bidet in the room toilet.

I checked out on day six instead of staying the ten nights I'd booked, and I still hope to get the balance of my payment back. The hotel charged the full amount at check-in, though I couldn't stay for the whole booking. The last night of this trip was quiet, at least, and the staff worked hard and tried to handle guests' requests. I won't return. I booked a village room with a living room and bedroom because it looked good on the website, and requested a non-smoking room. I was put in a smoking room without being told. It was dirty, the restroom smelled, and rainwater leaked from the roof into the ceiling. Luckily, it didn't reach the clothes hanging in the wardrobe. After three nights I was moved to a non-smoking room, but on night four there was noise from nearby rooms until midnight. The room phone didn't work, so I had to make three roaming calls to the front office before it finally got quiet, close to 1 am. That room was dirty too, with lizard droppings, a smelly restroom, and very low water flow. I hope sharing this helps others decide whether to book.

There's a natural feel to the place, with lots of open space, and the atmosphere is good. The food was tasty too, though that can depend on what you like.
