The room was clean, and the bathroom had a nice hot shower. Getting in touch to arrange the shuttle was a bit complicated, and there isn’t a shuttle every hour at night. Breakfast is a savory dish you heat up, and the breakfast area has no air conditioning.

I picked the sky double, and the bed was big and comfortable, though I think the room would be cramped with two people and is better for one. Check-in and checkout were easy. It’s definitely near the airport, about 15 minutes without traffic for my early morning flight, and the free airport shuttle is a nice plus.

The staff weren’t helpful, and I felt like I was staying there for free because nobody explained the extra bookings, like breakfast or other services. I was shocked that breakfast cost an extra $4, especially since it wasn’t worth it. For the same price, you can stay somewhere much better in the same area.

Thanks to Lilis, who was so kind and professional with us. The place was comfortable and included an airport shuttle, so I’d absolutely recommend it for a really long layover at Jakarta's Hatta Airport.

The staff were really helpful, everything was pretty clean, and there’s also a shuttle to the airport. I loved being able to dim the lights and put on some music before bed. You can hear people walking in the corridor, but it wasn’t noisy and didn’t bother my sleep at all lol. I’d love to come back again 💝
