I shouldn't even give this hotel one star. The good photos in the media should be removed, since they seem to lure people into booking. I feel very disappointed and defrauded. My parents couldn't even breathe in the room because it was SO HUMID, and everything around the room was bad. All I can say is, look at the pictures.

At IDR 150,000, it works for a quick overnight stop if all you need is a bed, a bath, and free Wi-Fi. The air conditioning ran, though it was a bit noisy. The TV and water heater were there in the room but neither could be used. For anything beyond a short stay, I’d look elsewhere.

The location is handy for CGK Airport, and there are plenty of food sellers outside. That’s about where the positives end. For IDR 250K, plus another 100K for the airport shuttle, it didn’t feel worth it, especially since the room looked nothing like the picture on Traveloka Apps. It was very dirty: the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, there were black marks all over the walls, and I found a small cockroach in my bed. There were loads of mosquitoes too, and the bed had little cigarette-burn holes. The TV remote didn’t work, so I had to turn on the TV with my phone. Maybe it could do for a transit stop if you can put up with all that, but anyone who cares about cleanliness should stay away.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room had just one light, no bedside lamp, so I couldn’t sleep. I only got half a small bottle of soap. The bathroom window was really hard to lock. Also, the driver taking me to the airport asked me to pay parking, which I thought was already covered by what I’d paid the hotel.
