Capital Hotel

Trying to change the check-in date was incredibly difficult, even though we only asked for help. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t serve us well. They wouldn’t process a refund through the app, and when we asked about doing it there, they told us to call Agoda, but the number couldn’t be reached. We were already exhausted. We know the mistake was ours, but changing the date shouldn’t be this hard.

The facilities were incomplete, the accommodation details unclear, and the service unfriendly. Admin was slow to respond, and they didn’t respect customer privacy or respond properly. Don’t expect much if you’re staying or just passing through. I’ll only come here once. ❌❌❌

I contacted them, but got no response. If the receptionist doesn’t want to do the job, they shouldn’t work there instead of just telling people to call one number after another. I requested a refund through Agoda, and they kept all my money instead of returning even 50% or something. Think twice before booking this hotel, so you don’t end up disappointed.

There’s a mini fridge, and food is nearby. The room itself was clean, smelled fresh, and stayed cool. Really nice.
