After a tiring flight, it was lovely to relax in the room and watch planes land. The service was great, and the room felt fresh and new, like the hotel itself. My only small complaint is that the water heater doesn’t get very warm. I think it should be a fixable issue. For the plane views, book a city view room.

The free shuttle made getting to and from the airport easy, and despite being close to Soekarno-Hatta, the soundproofing helped me sleep well. Rooms are cozy, clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. Staff were friendly, quick, and very helpful, including for late check-in or early morning departures. Neo+ Airport Jakarta is a convenient, comfortable, good-value choice for business or transit travelers.
