Hotel Olive

The room was fairly spacious for the price, with the toilet and shower in separate areas, though it still felt a little cramped. They should add hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom. When I visited, the hotel was almost empty, so it felt like having the place to yourself, and the COVID-19 precautions were being followed well. The hotel has two towers. I stayed in the one with 10 floors. The upper floors, from 6 to 10, seemed empty, but looked better furnished. The pool was open and, with so few people around, felt private. It's a large pool, 125 cm deep, with no separate children's pool, so it isn't suitable for kids. The gym was closed during my visit. There's no playground, but the park has pigeons, geese, turkeys, turtles, and koi fish, which the kids liked. There is lots of open space, though not much to do, and the parking lot is really big. It looks like they're still planning to expand. For the affordable price, it's a nice place to stay.

The breakfast changes every day and is great, though I wish there were a little more vegetables. The room, pool, cleanliness, service, and staff were all great too. For the same price, this hotel is better than the others I've stayed at. I can't think of anything else to say about it, and I'll come back when I get the chance.

Free parking is a plus. For the price, it's all right, I guess. The lobby was dark, like the lights weren't turned up enough. The room and furniture felt old, and the amenities looked cheap.

For the price, the hotel was about what I expected, though it was only OK. There were lots of ants in my room, possibly coming from inside the wooden furniture (please see photos). The bathroom door made a loud bang when it closed, enough to startle me. The toilet and shower area was cramped even though the bathroom had extra space, and the Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak.
