The Executive Suite Room was spacious, with its own living area and all the amenities. The other rooms looked modern and cozy too. I also liked dining at Mandalika Restaurant, especially the Ramadan Iftar menu, with sahoor and breakfast available as well. There’s a pool and gym with lovely city views, plus free rental bikes. Being in the middle of BSD City and connected directly to ICE BSD made everything convenient, with the toll road, malls, and public transport nearby. A handy choice for a business trip, short break, or an event at ICE.

I was in room 817 from 11-15 February 2026. The location is good value because it’s close to ICE BSD, and the bell team and reception staff were helpful from arrival through checkout. Ms. Trifena and Ms. Oliv were especially welcoming, thank you for the good service. The room itself needs attention. It felt old and wasn’t clean, the drain backed up, and the sink tap leaked. I hope the room condition improves.

I spent three nights in a comfortable, clean, functional room, and the food tasted good. The staff made the stay easier, especially Miss Fifi. Manager Mr Hikmat was kind and helpful with information and feedback, and Miss Evelyn at the front office was there when I needed help. I had a great time and would come back sometime soon. 5⭐

Everything was clean and comfortable, and I had no problems during my stay. I did have to ask customer service now and then to open my door after leaving my key card inside. Thanks, Mr. Maxxi, for helping me.

After a long, tiring day during my three-night stay, I went to Mandalika Restaurant for coffee. Mr. Siswoyo made me a lovely café mocha that lifted my mood. At dinner he also quickly changed my pasta from beef to chicken when I asked. The food was delicious, and he was such a kind person. Great service for a peaceful business trip, five stars for Mandalika and Mr. Siswoyo!
