The front desk staff were well trained and really nice, and the in-house spa looked fine and seemed reasonably priced, though I didn't try it. There's also a free airport shuttle bus, which I hadn't known about. The area has changed for the worse since I was here a few years ago. There are no restaurants next door, just a few street food stalls I wouldn't risk. Streats, the hotel restaurant, was slow and had a limited menu. My fried rice took 45 minutes, even though it only had a chicken drumstick and one shrimp. The Streats spaghetti was delicious, but the portion was tiny. There were too many mosquitoes, and at 190k it didn't feel worth it for a 3-star hotel. There isn't an ATM or any way to exchange money for IDR at the hotel, either. Zest or Swiss-Bel, a few minutes away in a livelier area, seem like better options for nearby food and shops, including an ATM and money changer.

BIMA handled my check-in quickly and smoothly, and was polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated the warm welcome and efficient service from the hotel receptionist. It helped make my stay comfortable and pleasant.

The check-in around 8:30pm went smoothly, but dinner was awful. We were the only people in the restaurant, yet after sitting down about 9:10pm and ordering around 9:15, we waited 57 minutes for soup, salad, spring rolls, and a sandwich. Then cockroaches and other bugs appeared. The food was so bad that we took one bite of each dish and got up to pay. The staff didn't seem to care about the long delay. You're better off sleeping at the airport.

The staff were helpful and responsive, and Bima, the receptionist who checked me in, made sure everything went smoothly and gave me useful information. The hotel is close to Soekarno Hatta International Airport and offers good value for a comfortable stay. Free shuttle pickup and drop-off runs every hour.
